A surveillance investigation is a covert method of obtaining evidence of possible fraud or misbehaviour within your workplace. We use state of the art equipment and can provide court admissible evidence.
> Factual Investigations
A factual investigation is conducted to verify the facts of a given incident by means of a face to face interview and collecting evidence.
> Pre-Employment Resume Verification
Non-invasive techniques are used to verify the resumes of your potential employees by using the latest technology.
> Occupational Health & Safety Investigations:
By this we mean, when an incident occurs, the first response team which may consist of one or more persons, attends your workplace to take relevant statements and obtain photographic evidence from all persons involved in the matter, then report and make recommendations to management. This would occur shortly after an incident or near miss and would assist should this incident become the subject of litigation later.
The benefits are having an accurate record of the incident shortly after it occurred, resulting in the information obtained being recorded whilst it was still clear in the memory of the persons involved. Statements taken long after the incident can be influenced by other persons and important facts may be forgotten due to the passing of time and/or the same situation not being able to be duplicated or re-enacted.
